Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your account data and any data obtained through connected platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram) at any time. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@adcampai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your AdCampAI account and (if applicable) your Facebook user ID or ad account ID.
3. State whether you want full account deletion or deletion limited to data retrieved from Facebook/Instagram.

What We Delete

• Account profile information (name, email) stored by AdCampAI.
• Data retrieved from connected platforms (campaigns, metrics, creatives) stored by AdCampAI.
• Access tokens and OAuth credentials; integrations are revoked.

Disconnecting Facebook/Instagram

You may also revoke access directly via Facebook by visitingFacebook Settings > Apps and Websites, selecting AdCampAI, and removing it.

Confirmation

After completion, we will confirm deletion via email. Certain records may be retained if required by law or for security, fraud prevention, and backup integrity, after which they are permanently removed.
